This crusher machine is a kind of crushing equipment of a long history, featuring simple and firm structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and repair and low operation cost, so it is still widely used in metallurgy, chemical, building material, power, communication and other industries, for the primary, secondary and tertiary crushing of ores and rocks with the compressing strength of 147～245Mpa, to crush materials of different sizes to uniform small grains. It can be used with the ore dressing equipment or used independently.

This crushing machine can be used to produce the aggregate for subgrade, railway ballast and construction sand and stone.It divided into the coarse jaw crusher and the fine jaw crusher,PE series and PEX series.

THE WEARING PARTS OF Jaw Crusher:

The crushing plates made of highly wear-resistant austenitic manganese steel casting are constructed in such a way that they can easily be turned after having loosen the clamping parts. The easily-replaceable side wedges are made of wear-resistant sheet steel or steel casting. Lower side wedge, upper side wedge, crushing plate, wedge and assembly screws.

Working principle:

The structure of jaw crusher contains the frame, eccentric shaft, big belt pulley, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, rear seat of toggle plate, modulation gap screw, returning spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, etc, among which the toggle plate is used for safety. The working mode of this series crushers is pressing deviously.

The motor drives the belt pulley and the belt pulley drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, and make the moving jar approach and leave the fixed jaw periodically, to crush, rub and grind the materials repeatedly, thus to make the material slower and slower and gradually fall down and finally discharge from the discharge opening.
