    Reply:
Fault phenomenon:
Suddenly mainframe downtime (commonly known as: nausea trucks).

Jaw crusher Fault Reasons:
1) nesting mouth plug, causing filled with plugging materials;
2) drive shafts rotate round the triangle belt too loose, causing belt slipping;
3) eccentric shaft tight for Bush loosened, resulting in the rack housings without clearance on both sides so that the eccentric shaft cards death, not rotation;
4) low voltage work venues, encountered large mainframe materials, inability broken;
  5) bearing damage.

Excluded:
1) removal of the nesting population plug to ensure a smooth flow of materials;
2) transfer or replacement of tight triangular belt;
3) re-installation or replacement of Bush;
4) align voltage, voltage line with the requirements of mainframe;
5) replacement of bearings.

Fault phenomenon:
Mainframe groove round, moving jaw is running normally, but broken cease work.
Reasons:
1) taut spring fault; 2) rod fault; 3) plates off or elbow fracture.
Excluded:
1) replacement taut spring; 2) replacement rod; 3) re-installation or replacement elbow plate.

Fault phenomenon:
Factory output of less than standard.

Reasons:
1) was broken material hardness or toughness than the provisions of the instruction manual;
2) Anti-access electrical wiring location, a mainframe-car (a jaw clockwise rotation), or by access to motor triangle into astrocytes access method;
 3) provides nesting population is less than the limit;
4) jaw plate shift , the top teeth and tooth roof relative;
5) low voltage work at the scene;
6) Fixed jaw and bearing wear space too large, so that a relative bearing outer ring rotation.

Excluded:
1) to replace or increase crusher; 2) swapped electrical wiring;
3) nesting I adjusted to the provisions of the said statement nesting population and increased for minor crusher; 4) check from the tooth plate tooth size, such as sub-standard required replacement jaw plates, align the activities of the fixed jaw plate and the relative position of the jaw plates, addendum to ensure that the tooth root, fixed clamping to prevent displacement; 5) increase the voltage workplaces, in order to meet heavy demand mainframe; 6) the replacement of bearings or moving the jaw.

jaw crusher Fault phenomenon:
Activities work with the fixed jaw plate when beating or hit.
Reasons:
1) jaw plates fastening bolts loose or falling; 2) nesting population is too small, the two each other at the bottom jaw plate collision.
Excluded:
1) bear fixed or external bolt; 2) align the nesting population to ensure that the correct two jaw plate gap.
